Where the owner of a company wishes his ownership to remain anonymous and confidential but does not have sufficient representatives to fill the required number of Supervisory Board members or where he occupies the position of the company executive and thus cannot, according to the Article 139 of the Commercial Code, also serve on the Supervisory Board.

We can fill the positions of the Supervisory Board members by persons with extended experience in these positions. Our clients can choose from the combination of one, two or three members. Moreover, according to the Article 200 of the Commercial Code, we are able to provide persons for Supervisory Boards consisting of more than three members.
