Nominee services

The establishment of the statutory and supervisory bodies of a company may include the need to supplement the available number of persons on the corporate body with non-executive directors (as is the case of Supervisory Board) or the short or long-term assignment of all statutory bodies.

Completion of Statutory Bodies – this form of cooperation is useful for clients who want their company to operate its regular business activities but do not have a sufficient number of available persons suitable to fill the positions of non-executive members of board and Supervisory Board.

Assignment of Statutory Bodies - short-term. Applicable in cases where a client urgently needs to realise a particular business transaction and does not have appropriate persons available in his company.

Assignment of Statutory Bodies - long-term. This service is most often chosen in cases of real estate purchases, when the purchaser wants to remain anonymous. The prerequisite of this nominee service is the exclusive focus of the client’s company activities on purchasing and keeping property (real estate) or in cases of long-term non-commercial activity.

SUPERVISORY BOARD FOR ONE MONTH FOR FREE

Due to the staffing difficulties that a joint-stock company entails we can offer you the opportunity to use our nominee persons in your supervisory board free of charge for one month from the sale of a ready-made company. After one month you will decide yourself whether to continue using our nominee services or whether to appoint different people to your supervisory board.

This offer is intended for ready-made companies bought from us. For a period of one month you can use the services of one to three members of the supervisory board free of charge. During this month we assume that the supervisory board will be inactive. The option of a supervisory board for one month free of charge is intended for clients who do not know in advance the length of time that they will be using the services of our nominee persons.
